Large Gallstone in GB
Wall Echo Sign
(the abscence of a normal appearing gallbladder due to the GB being FULL of stones. Thus, one only sees the reflection of the anterior wall, stones, and a HUGE shadow. Careful though, bowel gas can mimic this finding...
Thickened GB Wall (Angry Gallbladder)
Large CBD Stone (double barrel sign)
Notice the very dilated CBD (on top of portal vein). Hepatic artery in cross section is also seen here.
